By using our service, you agree to these terms.

For Homeowners:

- Service is free

- We are a referral service only — we do not employ tradies or supervise work

- All quotes, contracts, payments, and work are directly between you and the tradie

- We are not liable for job quality, timing, defects, or outcomes

- We may earn a fee from the tradie (no cost to you)

For Tradies:

- If no invoice provided within 14 days of completion, fee calculated on midpoint of client’s budget range

- All contracts & work are directly between you and the client

- We are not liable for job quality, timing, defects, or outcomes

General:

- We comply with Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Act

- No warranties or guarantees

- Disputes resolved under South Australian law
