For Tradesman:

1. Sign up & update your preferences (job types, suburbs)

2. Browse pre-qualified jobs on your private dashboard

3. Claim the ones you want (first-come-first-served)

4. We send client details after confirmation

5. You quote, work, invoice client — pay us only on success

6. New homes / knock-down rebuilds → pay on first deposit

7. All other jobs → pay on completion (fee only if job goes ahead)

All contracts & work are directly between you and the Tradesman.
